Tender Details

Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced person/s firms or entities for the Drug and Alcohol Testing and Training Services for staff at Blacktown City Council. The initial period of the Contract will be for 3 years with an option in favour of Council for a further period of 2 x 1 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements.

Background information

Council has undertaken a project to implement a drug and alcohol program across the organisation.

A drug and alcohol testing policy and procedure has previously been negotiated between union and local government representatives. The details contained within this scope of work are based on the approved customised policy and procedure.
