Tender Details

Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking tenders for the proposed Amenities Building at Federation Forest Reserve, Reserve 381, Mount Druitt, Blacktown.

A draft masterplan for the Federation Forest Reserve, Reserve 381, was prepared by Council in response to Minchinbury Jets Rugby League Club’s request for a consolidated home ground. The draft masterplan provides a vision for the sportsground development of the reserve and reflects the needs of the clubs. The new amenities building will form part of the proposed sportsground development at the reserve. Designs & documentations of the Stage 1 works have been completed by GHD for the proposed development.

Proposed works will be undertaken in stages,

Current Stage 1 works include,

• 2 international sized rugby league fields

• Lighting to field 2

• Amenities building

• Landscaping & Irrigation

• car park
