WSROC / Cleaning Services – Council Properties - T-2013-001

There are 6 individual townships – Auburn, Berala, Lidcombe, Newington, Regents Park and Silverwater.

In the context of cleaning services, Council is responsible for a wide range of buildings including libraries, meeting halls, child care centres, works depot and administrative facilities, sporting venues plus a variety of other community facilities. 

Through this contract  Council is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning activities are carried out in a professional manner and to an acceptable standard.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender.
