WSROC / Asphaltic Concrete Surfacing of Roads - 7/2014

The works under this contract include:

PART A - supply, delivery and laying of dense graded asphaltic concrete anywhere within Blacktown City Council area. Work may be issued as single projects or as a program of multiple projects.

PART B - supply and delivery of dense graded asphaltic concrete and cold mix to any site within Blacktown City Council area.

PART C - supply only (ex bin) of dense graded asphaltic concrete, bitumen emulsion and cold mix.

PART D - mill and fill using dense graded asphaltic concrete anywhere within Blacktown City Council area. Work may be issued as single projects or as a program of multiple projects.

PART E - profiling only (cold milling) of existing pavements.

The PARTS are separable and tenderers must tender rates for all Pay Items in one, two, three, four or five of the PARTS stated. Tenderers for PARTS A, D or E must also tender rates for all the Pay Items in the Day Works Schedule.

Council may award each separable PART to one or several tenderers.

Tender Submission Documents including all required information and any supporting information must be submitted in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering in the Tender Documents.

Adobe Reader is required to electronically complete the Tender Submission Documents.

Tenders may be submitted either by use of electronic means via the website, https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/ or by hardcopy form in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box located on the ground floor of Blacktown City Council Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.
