Works to be undertaken at the site includes the following:

 

 

 

1. undertake all appropriate actions and procedures for:
1. the monitoring and safe handling removal, transport and disposal of contaminated and impacted soils as detailed in Prensa’s RAP dated October 2017
2. import, spread, grade & compact validated VENM soils
3. returf entire site, maintain & mow as required for 12 weeks
2. adhere to all legal and technical requirements as per section 5 of the RAP for the duration of the project
3. supply, install, maintain, adhere and manage to the appropriate codes of practice, guidelines, procedures and standards the following:
1. site inductions and all other relevant WHS and environmental protection requirements
2. site access for personnel, vehicles and plant
3. vehicular traffic and pedestrian management
4. safety and warning signage,
5. temporary fencing,
6. erosion and sediment control,
7. dust suppression
8. stockpile management
9. PPE and Respiratory Protective Equipment
10. decontamination procedures
11. air monitoring equipment
12. end of each work day clearances

 

as per section 10.1 to 10.8 of the RAP (inclusive)
