Tender Details

Bush regeneration and revegetation is required on Council owned property (including public reserves, Council properties, car park verges) and footways and medians. However, bushland on private property and non-Council owned land is the responsibility of the land owner.

Council owned Bushland areas are maintained using a combination of ‘in-house’ resources, volunteers and contractors. The approximate value of work carried out by bush regeneration contractors over the last three (3) years is approximately $1,500,000. However, these are not guarantees of work under this contract. The figures are provided only to assist tenderers to assess fair and reasonable rates for the Works under this contract.

The Works under this contract are divided into separable portions and prospective tenderers may tender for one, selected or through to all twelve of the portions stated.
