Replacement of Ticket Parking Machines at Echo Point, Katoomba.
Council currently has 30 Ticket Parking Machines allocated for the Echo Point Precinct at Katoomba of which 3 have been removed or decommissioned to allow for other arrangements for buses and coaches. TPM servicing is largely undertaken by Council staff with parts and specialist work being provided externally on an as needs basis.
The objectives of the Ticket Parking Machine Solution are to engage a Principal Contractor who is responsible for the supply of the latest innovations, technology, goods and services relevant to the TPM solution. The solution is required to include, but not be limited to the supply and installation of 27 Ticket Parking Machines, the associated communications management system, the payment gateway services and telecommunications services each of which are necessary to make the ticket parking machine solution including and the associated reporting and financial transactions effective for the Council.
