Tender Details
This tender is for Contract No. 2 / 2016 – Supply of ready mixed concrete for Blacktown City Council, subject to Rise and Fall in costs after a specified period has elapsed.
This contract includes the manufacture and delivery of various ready mixed concrete mixes to anywhere within Blacktown City Council area. These include:
· N20 with 20mm aggregate
· N25 with 20mm aggregate
· N32 with 20mm aggregate
· N40 with 20mm aggregate
· 25 MPa kerb machine with 10mm aggregate
· 25 MPa topping mix with 10mm aggregate
Prices for individual small quantities may vary from 0.4 cu.m to 2.8 cu.m. Large quantities > 3 cu.m will be a set rate per cu.m.
All tendered rates shall be inclusive of GST.

Additional Details / Instructions
Council reserves the right to award all or part of the contract to one (1) tenderer or several tenderers. It is anticipated that several suppliers will be placed on the list as primary, secondary or tertiary suppliers for various quantities. If the primary cannot supply the required quantity within the required timeframe then the secondary will be offered the job, followed by the tertiary.
The term of the contract will be for three (3) years with two (2) by one (1) year extension options, subject to satisfactory performance and/or compliance with the conditions of contract.

Tenders may be submitted either by use of electronic means via the website, https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/ or by hardcopy form in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box located on the ground floor of Blacktown City Council Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.
