Tender Details

This tender is for Contract No. 26 / 2014 – Air Conditioning Maintenance for Blacktown City Council with the method of payment being Schedule of Rates, subject to Rise and Fall in costs after a specified period has elapsed.

Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking tenders from organisations with 10 or more years of experience in air conditioning maintenance and/or installation of split system air conditioning for:

a. the reliable and cost effective supply of Air Conditioning and associated equipment maintenance services and repair, and

b. establishing a tender panel for the reliable and cost effective supply of Air Conditioning and associated equipment repair services, including the installation of split air cooled reverse cycle air conditioning systems

for a period of three (3) years with options to extend by mutual Contract for a further two, one year periods, subject to satisfactory contractor performance and BCC’s requirements.

Tenderers may tender for any one part or all parts.

This Request For Tender is seeking to establish:

· Scheduled Maintenance Contract for Mechanical Services and repair for the following :

Part 1 - Boilers

Part 2 - Chillers

Part 3 - Air Conditioning and associated equipment maintenance @ Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope

Part 4 - Air Conditioning and associated equipment maintenance @ Emerton Leisure Centre

Part 5 - Water Treatment

· Service or “As required work”

Part 6 - Panel of approved Contractors for “As Required” work on equipment or systems not captured in the above Mechanical Services and repair contracts.

All tendered rates shall be exclusive of GST
