Tender Details

This tender is for Contract No. 3 / 2017 – Maintenance Of pollution control devices, CCTV inspection and cleaning of stormwater pipes and cleaning of pits for Blacktown City Council with the method of payment being schedule of rates, subject to rise and fall in costs after a specified period has elapsed (refer to Special Conditions Clause SC2).

The works under this contract include:

PART A:      the inspection, cleaning and repair of PCD.

PART B:      CCTV, cleaning and clearing of drainage pipes.

PART C:      Cleaning of drainage pits.

PART D:      Day work rates for any works outside the scope for Parts A, B, C and D.

Tenderers may tender for all or any Parts A, B and C. Part D is to be included with all tenders.

Council may award all or any Parts A, B and C  to one or several tenderers Part D will be awarded together with each of Parts A, B and C.

Tenderers for Part A will need to use a digital reporting system. You will need to submit details of the system and provide council with access to it.

Council is in the process of developing mobile technology for digital capture of and reporting on council’s assets. When activated the contractor will need to upload data to this system. Council will work with the successful contractor to ensure compatibility.

Tenderers may submit a maximum lump sum price to recover costs to transfer to Council’s mobile technology system. This actual price may be discounted.

All tendered unit rates shall be exclusive of GST.

 

All tendered fixed prices shall be inclusive of GST.
