Tender Details
This is a tender calling for expressions of interest from lorry owner drivers and tenders from fleet owners for the hire of tipper trucks with drivers to Blacktown City Council for the financial years 20111/12 and 2012/13. Types of trucks envisaged to be hired are 2 axle tipper trucks with minimum capacity of 5.78 cubic meters, 3 axle tipper trucks with minimum capacity of 9 cubic meters and tipper truck and dog trailer combinations. Tendererd rates from fleet owners shall remain fixed for the financial year 2011/12 and be adjusted for rise and fall of labour and fuel costs for the financial year 2012/13. Lorry owner drivers shall be paid in accordance with the Transport Industry Excavated Materials Consolidated Contract Determination hourly rates current at the close of tenders.
