Tender Details

Lawson Clean Technology Park - Backlog Sewer Program.

Blue Mountains City Council has recently been successful in obtaining Federal funding to revitalise the Lawson Industrial Estate as a Clean Technology Park.  A component of this funding is to extend the reticulated sewer to existing un-serviced lots within the Industrial Estate to facilitate development and to improve water quality within the catchment of a World Heritage area.

This Request for Tender (RFT) encompasses the extension of the gravity sewer within the estate.

The Council is seeking a Contractor who is prequalified with Sydney Water to undertake this work and with the experience to complete the contract works quickly and efficiently.  The works have to be completed while roads, pedestrian areas and access to existing sites are maintained during the construction period.
