Tender Closing Time - Closing time and date for lodgement of submissions is 2.00 pm on Wednesday 13 July 2016.
Submissions must be lodged, in person, and enclosed in a sealed envelope and placed in the designated Tender Box at the Customer Service Counter at the Council Administration Centre, 16 Memorial Avenue, Merrylands (Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday).
Tenders must be placed in the Tender Box prior to 2:00 pm on Wednesday 13 July 2016.
No electronic submissions are to be received.
Late Lodgement - Any Tender delivered in a manner other than that set out under the heading "Lodging Tender" above or lodged after the Closing Time and Date, will not be considered by Council, unless the Local Government (General) Regulation provides otherwise.
