WSROC / Hire Equipment for Community Events and Functions - C34/2016

Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced person/s firms or entities for the Provision Hire Equipment for Community events throughout the year including Party Hire and Traffic and Toilet Hire. The initial period of the Contract will be for three (3) years with an option in favour of Council for a further period of two (2) x 1 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements. 

 

The purpose of this Request for Tender is for provision of Hire Equipment at Councils Community Events and Functions. Council reserves the right to select a panel of suppliers or a single supplier.
