WSROC / RFT for Provision of Pool Maintenance Services - C43/2012

Tenderers are invited to submit for all or any of the 3 specialised areas listed in the specification:

1. Pool Maintenance – Plant Room Services

2. Mechanical Services – Gas fired boilers and furnaces

3. Pool Maintenance – Chemical Dosing, UV Units and Associated Services

The contract(s) shall be for an initial period of 2 years and subject to satisfactory performance during the initial period, may be extended for a further period of 2 years. One or more companies may be selected to complete all or parts of the listed maintenance areas and/or centres.

The supply requirements include:

(a) The provision of Pool Maintenance services to Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope, Blacktown Aquatic Centre and Emerton Leisure Centre

(b) The supplier takes all reasonable action necessary to ensure that Blacktown City Council's WHS policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

(c) The supplier takes all reasonable action necessary to ensure that Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope's, Blacktown Aquatic Centre and Emerton Leisure Centre's onsite instructions for delivery and venue operations are adhered to at all times.
