WSROC / Supply of sandstone boulders - C36/2016

This tender is for Contract No. C36/2016 – Supply of Sandstone Boulders for Blacktown City Council. The method of payment will be Schedule of Rates subject to no Rise and Fall in costs.

The work under this contract includes:

Supply and delivery of good quality sandstone boulders to specific sites within Blacktown City Council area.

All tendered rates shall exclude GST.

Council reserves the right to award of the contract to one (1) tenderer or a panel of several tenderers.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Tenders will be valid for a period of 120 days from the tender closing date.

Tenderers must submit tenders before the closing time and date as indicated in the advertisement and stated on the front cover of these tender documents. Council will not accept late tenders.

 

Council will not accept the submission of tenders by facsimile or email.

Tenderers may submit a tender by either: • Uploading your tender electronically to the eTender box on the website, https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/, or • hardcopy using the printed and signed submission documents and other supporting documents in a sealed envelope placed in council's tender box located on the ground floor of Blacktown City Council Civic Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.

A conforming tender must comply with the following:

• The requirements of the Conditions of Tendering

• All formal tender submission documents completed in full and included in your tender submission, together with all relevant verification documentation

• Your tender must not include any of your own conditions or provisions

• Your work health and safety system must comply with the NSW WHS Act 2011 and WHS Regulation 2011

Wages must be paid in accordance with a federal modern award relevant to the works carried out under the contract, or a registered enterprise agreement that complies with the Fair Work Act 2009 covering employees used for the works under this contract.
