Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking submissions from suitable qualified and experienced person/s, firms or entities for the Provision of Catering Services .
General Requirements
1. The catering services are required for:
(a) Council Meetings
(b) Corporate functions
(c) Civic Receptions and other events as organised by Council
2. Venues:
(a) Nirimba Room
(b) Bowman Hall
(c) Other nominated venues
Note 1: these venues are located at Civic Centre Flushcombe Rd, Blacktown.
3. Menu styles:
(a) A la carte
(b) Buffet
(c) Cocktail style/light meals

Additional Details / Instructions
The initial period of the Contract will be for three (3) years with an option in favour of Council for a further period of two (2) x 1 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements.
