WSROC / Seniors Units Rectification Works - T-2018-004

Council is calling for a suitable qualified Contractor to undertake compliance Rectification Works across five (5) Council operated senior citizen units within Cumberland Council LGA.

The compliance works being undertaken include:

• Replacement of access/egress doors with compliant fire doors/solid core doors including relevant door hardware and signage

• Construction of step ramps to accessible entry and egress doors

• Installation of nosing strips and tactile indicators to public entry areas and steps

• Installation of window opening restricting devices

• Installation of roof fall arrest systems

• Grinding or repairing paths to provide even surfaces

• Installation of signage to facilities (Community Halls, Amenity facilities, etc)

• Installation of service statutory signage
