Tender Details

The RFT is for the supply and delivery of a drum type woodchipper including the provision of manuals and commissioning period training.

Tenderers must tender lump sum prices for a drum type wood chipper, a workshop manual and a spare parts manual.

Drum type wood chipper

The lump sum price for the drum type wood chipper is to include all costs to carry out the following:

Supply of one (1) only drum type wood chipper meeting specified minimum operational requirements and safety requirements
Delivery and registration
Supply of an operator manual and other specified ancillary documentation
Commissioning as specified
Product support as specified

Workshop manual (the price of this item is not to be included in the lump sum price for the drum type wood chipper as Council may not wish to purchase it)

The lump sum price for the workshop manual is to include all costs to supply a workshop manual meeting the specified requirements.

Spare parts manual (the price of this item is not to be included in the lump sum price for the drum type wood chipper as Council may not wish to purchase it)

The lump sum price for the spare parts manual is to include all costs to supply a spare parts manual meeting the specified requirements.
