Tender Details

As a solution Council requires an effective, efficient and sustainable solution for the operation of the existing ACCP and LCP facilities, which optimises the utilisation of the existing building & sites and considers potential reuse of some or all of the existing equipment at the ACCP.

The proposed solution must satisfy the requirements of Council and its community in the most cost effective manner in terms of capital costs and life cycle expenditure.

 

For both, ACCP and LCP, Council is seeking suitable qualified operators to:

·      Supply, install and maintain a fully automated car park system at each location, with incorporated boom gates, ticketing systems, relevant signage, security, additional lighting including locations and service upgrades/modifications as required.

·       Provide day to day operational services to all users of the facilities.

·      Removal/demolition of superfluous existing equipment (where installed) and/or services and making good to existing infrastructure.

  • Management of repair and maintenance matters arising.

·       Install Electronic Surveillance system (If applicable) associated with equipment Installation only, desirably compatible with Council’s security and CCTV systems.
