Tender Details

The Real Estate Services being sought by this tender include:

1. Sale of rural, residential, commercial, industrial or retail lands, improved or unimproved, which are typically surplus to Council requirements.

2. Project Marketing and sale of rural, residential, commercial or industrial land projects (new subdivisions) that are developed by Council.

3. Leasing of improved Council owned properties.

4. Act as buyers agent in the acquisition of improved and unimproved land and easements, including commercial, retail, residential or rural, for Council purposes.

5. Other general real estate matters and advice.

Tenders may be submitted on the basis of providing some or all the services listed above. The submission should clearly indicate which services are to be provided for Council and should outline any additional services.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.
