WSROC / EOI for Granville Multipurpose Centre - T-2018-027

Cumberland Council (the Principal) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the construction of a new purpose built Multipurpose Community Centre, Library and Regional Gallery. This development is to be integrated with the existing Granville Swimming Pool, parks and outdoor recreation facilities at the Granville Memorial Park site.

This Request of Expression of Interest (EOI) document outlines the project particulars and the information required to be provided. Without limiting the discretion of Council it is proposed that up to six (6) construction companies may be selected from this EOI process to move to the next procurement stage in due course.

Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
