Hawkesbury City Council is the owner of land situated at Colonial Drive (Lot 1) & 85 Rifle Range Road (Lot 2), Bligh Park.
Lot 1 is currently used for public parking. Lot 2 is currently occupied by a Community Facility and some parking. Details of the land are contained in contracts for the sale of Lot 1 and contract for sale of Lots 1 and Lot 2 annexed to this tender.
