Tender Details
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to participate for road safety improvement works in multiple locations of Greater Sydney area. The scope of works includes, but not limited to, supply and installation of traffic barriers with end terminals and pedestrian fencing, milling, and re-sheeting existing carriageways with high skid resistant pavement, line-marking, construction of pram ramps and other minor civil works in accordance with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) drawing and specifications.
The proposed road safety improvement works include: supply and installation of traffic barriers with end terminals in Roseville, Wahroonga, Neutral Bay and Hornsby area; milling and re-sheeting existing carriageways with high skid resistant pavements and line-marking works in Wahroonga, Neutral Bay, Hornsby and Chatswood area; supply and installation of pedestrian fencing in Fairfield area; and construction of new pram ramps and footpath in Mt Druitt.
To successfully participate in the tender process for this project, tenderers:
- Must provide evidence to demonstrate that they are qualified and accredited under the National Prequalification Scheme for Roadworks (dated 10th August 2023) with mandatory prequalification levels of F5 (Financial) and R2 (Roadworks).
- Must provide evidence to demonstrate that the Contractor or the sub-Contractor undertaking the asphalt work is qualified and accredited under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Roads and Bridge) Construction (dated December 2023) with mandatory prequalification level of A2 for Asphalt Paving Machine Placed.
- Must execute (to the satisfaction of TfNSW) the Confidentiality Deed Poll to receive the tender documents and must return to TfNSW via Tejas.Mistry@transport.nsw.gov.au by 4:30pm (AEST) Tuesday, 1st July, 2024.
This is an open tender. Participation in the tender process is open to the public.
