BVM would like to test the feasibility and market interest in the licensing and use of these advertising signage site: Site 1 On the eastern side of the Westlink M7 at Rooty Hill. Proponents are requested to submit proposals for:
1. Construct & Use [Signage Infrastructure Constructed by Licensee]
BVM is proposing licence periods for:
Construct & Use [5 years + 5 years option]
BVM will not be obliged to proceed with the construction and licensing of the sites, if the proposed licence terms are not satisfactory to BVM.
By this EOI, BVM seeks to identify prospective organisations with the experience and commercial capacity to licence and use the site for advertising purposes.
The seeking of Expressions of Interests is the first stage of a process to enter into a contractual relationship with one or more parties with regard to the Licence of Sites.

Conditions for Participation
Expressions of Interests are to be submitted on Council's standard forms, Expression of Interest Schedules (attached). Any other relevant documentation should also be enclosed.
CD/memory stick submissions are required in parallel to the hard copy submissions. The electronic media must contain all the related Expression of Interest submission files, saved
as individual files in PDF format in the same sections used in Council?s Expression of Interest document (i.e. not as one single PDF file).
Late, verbal, facsimile or emailed submissions will NOT be accepted.
NO ONLINE SUBMISIONS FOR THIS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST WILL BE ACCEPTED.
