WSROC / Design and Construction of Synthetic Turf. NRL Centre, Reserve 811, Fyfe Rd Kellyville Ridge, for Blacktown City Council - C24/2016

Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking tenders for the design and construction of a synthetic turf playing field of new NRL facility at Council Reserve 811 Kellyville.

The NRL Centre is proposed to be developed within Reserve 811 which is bordered by Fyfe Road, Carindale Street and The Ponds Boulevard, Kellyville Ridge. The NRL Centre is to be located within the southern section of Reserve 811 on land which is predominantly cleared.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

An on Site pre-tender briefing will be held at 10:30am Tuesday 31 May 2016 . The briefing will include an inspection of the existing Leisure Centre and the vacant site. Meet at Fyfe Road carpark near the corner of Cardindale Street.

The Pre-tender briefing and inspection are optional however Tenderers are expected to have a familiarised themselves with the existing and site conditions before submitting a tender.

Additional inspection times can be made for sub-contractor of Tenderers that attend the Pre-Tender Briefing meeting.
