Tender Details
Fairfield City Council's requirements may be broken into two parts:
Part A(1) - Supply & Delivery of one (1) New Rubber Tyred Loader (3.5m3 ERG Class WL9) and Part A(2) optional repair and maintenance agreement
Part B - Outright Purchase or Trade Council's existing Kawasaki Loader.
Part A will be considered on a value for money basis and Part B will be considered on a price basis.
Tenders may be submitted for Part A and/or Part B as separable parts. Fairfield Council reserves the right to accept Part A and/or Part B.
Tenderers submitting offers for Part B must nominate if their offer is conditional on being awarded Part A.
