WSROC / Gross Pollutant Trap GPT Cleaning - Q-2011-053

Council is calling for responses from suitably qualified Contractors to provide an ongoing cleaning service of all 25 Gross Pollutant Traps within the Auburn LGA.

The subject cleaning is a regular clean up and cleaning is to be done via sucker truck.  The waste is to be removed and disposed of at a OEH approved and licensed facility.

The Contract term will be 12 months, with the option for 2 x 12 month extensions, Commencement of works is expected within 5 days of the letter of acceptance.

Council will seek to engage a Primary Contractor with one back up Contractor in times of increased or unforseen demand or if Primary Contractor is unable to complete works in desired timeframes.

Some GPTs may require dewatering, None require formal traffic management, Most are expected to require confined spaces entry, Respondents are advised  to inspect the sites in regards to access or location.
