Tender Details
Contract No. 23 / 2015 – Construction and Restoration of Concrete Works is a Schedule of Rates contract, subject to Rise and Fall in costs after a specified period has elapsed (refer to Special Conditions Clause SC2).
The works under this contract will consist of two (2) sections, namely:
SECTION A - Minor Concrete Works
The works within Section A include, but not limited to, the construction of new and the reconstruction of existing:
• path paving
• kerb & gutter
• cycle ways
• pram ramps
• medians
• dish crossings
• drainage structures and pits
• residential and commercial/industrial driveways
• raised pedestrian thresholds
• pedestrian refuges and other traffic facilities
• roundabouts
SECTION B - Structural Concrete Works
The works within Section B include, but not limited to, the construction of:
• lined open channels
• cast in-situ culvert floor slabs
• headwalls
• bridge piers and decks
• retaining walls
• reinforced concrete slabs.
Only those tenderers with relevant experience in structural concrete work will be accepted for Section B.

Additional Details / Instructions
Tenderers shall use Tender Submission Forms to submit tenders.
Tenderers may tender rates for either Section A or Section B or both sections.
Tenderers shall tender rates for all the items in a section. Failure to tender rates for all the items in a section may result in the tender been considered as non-conforming.
Rates shall be exclusive of GST.
