WSROC / Security Services - C25/2020

Council is seeking suitable qualified and experienced person(s) firms or entities for the person(s), firms or entities for the provision of security services for the service of security and manpower patrols and electronic security on a required basis.

The initial period of the Contract will be for 3 years with an option in favour of Council for a further period of 2 x 1-year extensions subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements.

The works under this contract will generally include:

Part A: Security manpower and patrols covering static guards, crowd control, mobile patrols (locking and unlocking service and alarm response) and cash in transit / secure transportation. The requirements are set out in Section D.2 of this RFT.

Part B: Electronic security covering alarm installation and maintenance and alarm monitoring. The requirements are set out in Section D.3 of this RFT.

Tenderers may tender for either Part A or Part B or both Parts A and B.
