WSROC / Web based Environmental Performance Management System - WR05-12/13

Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (WSROC) is seeking submissions from suppliers with the proven ability to supply, install and maintain an Environmental Performance Software tool that will have the capability to integrate with existing Council Financial Management Systems. Through this process WSROC Councils will established a preferred (sole) provider of the tool that best meets the needs of all participating Councils.

The proposed term of the agreement will be 6 years with an option to extend for a further 2x2 year periods subject to satisfactory performance and acceptable levels of cost.

The WSROC group comprises Ten (10) Western Sydney Area Councils of these; the following councils have registered their interest in participating in this process.

·         Auburn City Council

·         Blacktown City Council

·         Fairfield City Council

·         Hawkesbury City Council

·         Holroyd City Council

·         Liverpool City Council

·         Parramatta City Council

·         Penrith City Council

Whilst Councils are not bound to accept any offers resulting from this tender process the intent is that the majority of Council’s will be participating in this joint project. Liverpool City Council, Blacktown City Council and Penrith City Council at the time of issuing this tender are still reviewing their own internal systems for adaptability and suitability and may elect to withdraw from this process at any time. Product offered must be tool that has been fully developed, immediately available for use and web based.
