Tender Details

This contract has three parts:

PART A – REMOVAL/PAINT OVER OF GRAFFITI ON VARIOUS COUNCIL ASSETS

• Inspecting, removing/panting over of graffiti on various types of surfaces.

• Recording details of graffiti found or cleaned in Australian Graffiti Register (AUSGR).

• Cleaning of Council assets using high pressure water jet.

• Cleaning of Council assets using special cleaning agents as required.

• Application of sacrificial/non sacrificial coating on various surfaces.

• Traffic controlling as required.

PART B – REMOVAL/PAINT OVER OF GRAFFITI ON COUNCIL OWNED BUS SHELTERS

• Monthly inspecting, removing/painting over and recording graffiti on Council’s bus shelters.

• Monthly cleaning of bus shelters using high pressure water jet.

• Recording details of graffiti found or cleaned (on bus shelters) in Australian Graffiti Register (AUSGR).

• Traffic controlling as required.

PART C – REINSTATEMENT OF SCRATCHED SURFACES OF VARIOUS COUNCIL ASSETS

• Reinstatement of scratched surfaces of various Council assets upon request.

• Application of protective films.

• Traffic controlling as required.

Tenderers may tender for any single part or combination of any parts.

 All works will be within Blacktown City Council area.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

Tenderers shall use the Tender Submission Docs (file Two) to submit tenders.

Tenderers may tender rates for any part or a combination of parts in Schedule of Rates.

Tenderers shall tender rates for all the items in a part. If all the items in a part are not tendered for that part may be considered as non conforming.

Prospective tenderers are advised to attend the pre tender briefing on 25 July 2013 at 10:00 am at Max Webber Library in Blacktown. Tenderers shall pre register for participation.
