Tender Details

Upgrade of Goldsmith Place Skate Park at Katoomba and Construction of a New Junior Skate Park at Melrose Park, Katoomba. 

The projects are located at Goldsmith Place Katoomba and Melrose Place Katoomba include the upgrade of the existing skate park at Goldsmith Place and the construction of a new junior skate park at Melrose Park in accordance with the detailed design documentation and specifications as detailed on the drawings attached to the Request for Tender Documents.

Conditions for Participation

Conditions for Participation are mandatory requirements, which describe minimum standards that suppliers must meet for their submissions to be considered.  If Tenderers do not meet the Conditions of Participation, they will be excluded from the RFT evaluation process.

The Conditions for Participation are:

a)   The Tenderer and any nominated subcontractor(s) must not be bankrupt or insolvent.

b)   The Tenderer must provide details of instances where, within 5 years prior to submitting a Tender, they have been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation. Such Acts include, without limitation:
