Tender Details

This procurement is for scan and capture technology that can be configured to the specific needs of Fairfield City Council and will:

a) Suit all current payments that are processed through PeopleSoft;

b) Provide efficiencies in the capture and storage of information;

c) allow the introduction of payment terms to better manage cash flow;

d) eliminate the need to have hard copies of invoices as payment data will be held within PeopleSoft; and

e) free up storage space and provide a more effective disposal schedule.
