This tender is for Contract No. 8 / 2017 – Construction of public lighting Richmond Road Woodcroft for Blacktown City Council with the method of payment being Lump Sum, not subject to Rise and Fall in costs.
Tenderers must be currently accredited on the Department of Trade and Investment Resources and Energy with Level 1 capabilities
The works under this contract will generally include:
• Installation of 19 x 10m slimline columns with 250W high pressure sodium luuminaires
• Installation of 2 x 10m impact absorbing columns with 250W high pressure sodium luuminaires
• Removal of 4 existing columns with 42W CFL luminaires
• All associated works in accordance with the approved drawings A501824 – sheets 1 to 3.

Tenderers are required to attend the pre-tender briefing meeting and site inspection in order to submit a conforming tender.
The briefing meeting and site inspection will be held on:

The meeting will be minuted and the minutes forwarded to all tenderers and shall become part of the tender documents. Tenderers will be required to sign a certificate of attendance at the end of the meeting.
