WSROC / Paving and Associated Works - T-2012-003

 

Council is calling for responses from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors for Construction and Restoration of Paving and Associated Works including;

 

·                Supply and Lay and Lay only

 

·      Excavation to the required depth, removal and disposal of excavated material including existing pavers, existing concrete and asphalt.

 

·      Supply, spread and compact sand bed

 

·      Supply, spread and compact sand-cement mix

 

·      Supply and lay 20MPa concrete sub-base

 

·      Supply, lay and compact DGB20 sub-base

 

·      Supply, lay and compact brick pavers

 

·      Supply, lay and compact paver units

 

·      Supply and spread topsoil

 

·      Replace damaged stormwater pipes

 

·      Relocate stormwater pipes

 

·      Clean off paving upon completion.

 

 

 

 

 

Council’s historical expenditure on this contract is approximately $125,000 per annum.

 

The Contract term will be Two (2) Years from the date of the Letter of Acceptance, There will be an additional Two (2) One (1) Year extensions which may be exercised at the Councils discretion.
