Provide photovoltaic rooftop grid-connected systems for the following facilities as documented based on the technical specification and as per all relevant Australian Standards and Guidelines by the Clean Energy Council of Australia.

The Contractor shall locate the PV arrays within the areas indicated in Section 5 of this specification at locations and angels providing maximum energy generation by the systems. Final location and position of the systems must be confirmed with Blacktown City Council prior to installation.
The contractor shall provide complete design, supply, installation, testing, labelling, commissioning and documentation for the Photovoltaic system to be installed at the nominated facilities.

The Tenderer must familiarise itself with the Works and the Site prior to submission of its tender.
Tenderers are required to attend the pre-tender briefing meeting and site inspection in order to submit a conforming tender.
The briefing meeting and site inspection will be held on:

Date: 25 August 2016
Time 10.00 to 14.00
Place: All 3 Aquatic Centres starting at Stanhope Aquatic Centre, Stanhope Parkway & Sentry Drive, Stanhope at 10am, then to Blacktown Aquatic Centre and Emerton Aquatic Centre.
The meeting will be minuted and the minutes forwarded to all tenderers and shall become part of the tender documents. Tenderers will be required to sign a certificate of attendance at the end of the meeting.
