WSROC / Provision of Banking Services - C4-2011

The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is for provision of secure and efficient Banking Services.  The contract will include fixed banking services and a quote for additional products and services that may benefit Council.  Council reserves the right to select banking and agency payment services from multiple suppliers. 

Tenderers must be listed as an Authorised Deposit-taking Institution regulated by APRA in accordance with the Banking Act 1959.

Tenderers must demonstrate the ability to provide a full range of banking services for a Local Government entity that incorporates:

·         Relationship management;

·         Transaction accounts, including a netted interest arrangement and an overdraft facility;

·         EFT payments to Council’s creditors, payroll etc;

·         Corporate Cards;

·         Direct Debit;

·         BPAY;

·         EFTPOS terminals at multiple locations;

·         Credit card merchant services;

·         Over the counter Agency Payment Facility;

·         Branch banking;

·         Internet banking; and

·         Any additional services that may benefit Council.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.
