Tender Details
The RFT is for the supply and delivery of an estimated 920 Personal Computers (plus 150 additional monitors), 50 Workstations and 80 Notebook Computers.
All required equipment must conform to the following requirements:
• All equipment must be one of the following Product Brands – Acer, ASI, Dell, Hewlett-Packard or Lenovo.
• All equipment supplied must be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
• All equipment supplied must be new (not used, previously installed or demonstration products).
• All equipment supplied must be free from any charge, encumbrance or liability.
All equipment, including components must be covered by a 4 Year Next Business Day on Site Warranty. The Warranty is to include maintenance covering full on-site parts and labour service for a four-year period.
Council’s preference is to purchase all required Computer Equipment and Associated Services exclusively from one Supplier.
Installation and delivery of equipment is required at various Council sites, all located in the Blacktown Local Government Area. Council requires delivery of all equipment in accordance with an agreed Delivery Schedule to be provided by Council following appointment of the successful Tenderer. It is anticipated that delivery will be required to commence in April 2013.
