3.0 The Project
This Expression of Interest seeks to identify experienced construction contractors to undertake construction of the proposed Neighbourhood Centre.
The proposed building will accommodate following activities:
The scope includes:
Foyer, information, exhibition area
Large multi-purpose hall (200 people)
Office
Multipurpose/Meeting room
Outdoor areas
Landscaping and site embellishment
The proposed facility will use the existing car park.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service.
