The works under this contract are divided into separable portions and prospective tenderers may tender for one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight or nine of the portions stated.

Separable Portion 1 - Formative Pruning

Separable Portion 2 - Crown Thinning and Deadwooding

Separable Portion 3 - Tree Demolition

Separable Portion 4 - Stump Grinding

Separable Portion 5 - Root Pruning

Separable Portion 6 - Emergency Response

Separable Portion 7 - Day Work

Separable Portion 8 - Tree Planting

Separable Portion 9 - Reporting

Council may award each separable portion to one or several tenderers.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.
