Council is seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified residential and commercial property real estate agents to manage and lease Councils commercial and residential property portfolio. 

Applicants may submit expression of interest for: 

• Property Leasing services for vacant commercial and residential properties and Property Management services for leased commercial and residential properties. 

Applicants need to outline fees eg: 

• Leasing fee.

• Management fee.

• Tribunal attendance fee.

• Administration fee.

• Statement fee.

• Sundry/other fee.
