WSROC / Large Billboard Advertising - T-2019-027

The objective of this RFT is for Council to engage a suitably qualified Out-of-Home advertising operator who will be required to:

• Optimise the display utilisation of the sites through the development of advertising billboards to attract quality advertising clients;

• Ensure that the billboard structures are constructed and maintained in accordance with all relevant codes and standards including Council’s Local Environment Plan and the State Environmental Planning Policy;

• Maximise the revenue from advertisers across the site(s);

• Provide a lucrative annual commercial return to Council, without the need for any further contribution by Council; and

• Demonstrates the capabilities and ability to meet Council's requirements.
