Tender Details

Blacktown City Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations interested in developing a Scoping Plan for Council’s new 2030 Trigger Project – Promoting the City: Marketing, Branding and Community Engagement.

Council seeks to define and articulate the positive qualities of Blacktown City and develop a marketing and branding campaign to communicate its achievements, in order to strengthen existing networks and build new relationships to foster the future prosperity of Blacktown City.

To achieve the success of this Trigger Project, Council has identified and nominated four key areas to address:

·         Promoting the positive image of the City

·         Branding the City and Council

·         Promoting City achievements and attracting partners

·         Engaging the community and communicating effectively

The next step in this project is to create a project Scoping Plan to assist and guide Council in redeveloping the brand and implement a fully integrated brand strategy for Blacktown and the Council – leveraging on Blacktown’s economic and social development potential.

It is envisaged that EOI submissions will be from experienced companies who can work with the Council to provide a Scoping Plan which addresses the development and plan of action of four key areas identified above.
