Tender Details
The works under this contract will generally include:
• Removal of existing Chiller No. 1.
• One (1) new Reverse Cycle Chiller to replace existing Chiller No. 1.
• One (1) new Chilled Water Pump to replace existing CHWP-1.
• Necessary CHW pipework modifications to integrate the new Chiller.
• Associated Electrical and Automatic Controls Work.
• Associated Builder’s Work, Making Good, Removal of Rubbish.
The existing Chiller will need to be craned out and the new Chiller craned in all in one operation to be agreed and arranged with Council.
The work is to be done in a coordinated/programmed manner to suit the operational requirements of the Council/Max Webber Library.
