Provision of Fire Mitigation Works Program.

The Blue Mountains City Council (BMCC) through this Request for tender (RFT), is seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractors interested in being placed on the Council’s Fire Mitigation works program Panel.

BMCC wishes to utilise a panel of Contractors to assist in the areas of:

APZ Program Maintenance – Maintaining Council designated APZ sites in accordance with BMCC Standards for Mechanical Fuel Management work, Fire Trail Maintenance – Maintaining and clearing of Council designated Fire Trails in accordance with BMCC Standards for Vegetation Management of Fire trails and Installation of Fire trail gate and signage if required.

The Tenderer and any nominated subcontractor(s) must not be bankrupt or insolvent.

The Tenderer must provide details of instances where, within 5 years prior to submitting a Tender, they have been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation. Such Acts include, without limitation:
