Blue Mountains City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from appropriately experienced organisations to establish and operate a co-worker Space within Council owned property located at 81-83 Katoomba Street, Katoomba.

Conditions for Participation

The Conditions for Participation are mandatory requirements, which describe minimum standards that Proponents must meet for their submissions to be considered. If Proponents do not meet the Conditions of Participation, they will be excluded from the evaluation process.

The Conditions for Participation are:

Proponents must be an acceptable legal entity. It is Council’s policy not to trade with any organisation that does not hold a registered ABN;

Proponents must not be bankrupt or insolvent;

Proponents must declare and provide details of any occurrence, within 5 years, where they have been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation; and .

All Proponents must comply with the New South Wales Government Code of Procurement, which can be found at the following link.
