Construction of new amenities buildings - Reserve 44, William Lawson Reserve, Prospect.

Blacktown City Council has identified the need for new amenities building to cater primarily for athletics use but also to supplement the existing soccer facilities use. Athletics uses occur on and around the eastern playing field of the reserve and an amenities building is proposed on the slope southern end of that field and also a storage building on the western side of the same field.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Tenderers may attend an organised site inspection and a  pre-tender briefing meeting The briefing meeting and/or site inspection is arranged for:

Day:   Tuesday 22 October 2019.

Time:   10:00 am

Place:  Myrtle Street Car park,  William Lawson Reserve. Prospect  (Near long jump pit). 

Following the site inspection and the briefing by Council’s Project Manager prospective tenderers may forward their questions in relation to the tender by email before 12:00 noon on Friday 25 October 2019.

An addendum will be issued with clarifications and answers to the questions from prospective tenderers before 4.00pm, 1 November 2019.
