Hawkesbury City Council (“Council”) invites Tenders to replace the three existing air blowers of bioreactor 1 at South Windsor Sewage Treatment Plant (SWSTP). The works involve design, manufacture, supply, and delivery to site, installation and commissioning of three Variable Speed Blowers and all associated works such as electrical installation, PLC & SCADA communications and pipe works.

Conditions for Participation
A mandatory pre-tender site inspection will be held on 18 June 2013 at 2 pm at South Windsor Sewage Treatment Plant located at the Southern end of Fairey Road South Windsor NSW 2756. All visitors / tenderers should undergo site specific induction before commencing the site inspection. All visitors / tenderers are required to bring their own safety vest and safety footwear as a minimum.
