Cumberland Council is providing a fresh start for the residents of this newly created local government area. While services are being delivered as usual to residents, it is important for Council to forge a new identity. Council will create a new brand strategy to apply across the organisation that will help draw town centres, villages, and suburbs together and create a sense of community and belonging. This brand strategy will deliver an overarching corporate identity and style guide, and it will inform destination strategies, engagement and communication with the community. Council invites your organisation to submit a written quotation to meet the services specified below by 29 July 2016.
